  4. Applying mirror therapy techniques for self-awareness, inner child healing, and trauma recovery.

  5. Ethical and safety considerations to ensure psychological safety and maintain boundaries.

  6. Core models and techniques like ecopsychology, adventure-based interventions, and therapeutic rituals.

  7. Creative tools including mirror journaling, outdoor mindfulness, eco-art, and reflection rituals.

  8. Clinical applications for trauma survivors, neurodivergent clients, grief, anxiety, body image, and youth at risk.

  9. Integrative practice combining wilderness and mirror therapy with CBT, IFS, mindfulness, and somatic methods.

  10. Therapist’s role in effectively holding therapeutic space in natural and reflective settings.

  11. Session planning and challenges: creating safe therapy environments, monitoring progress, and managing triggers.

  12. Practical experience through experiential assignments, journaling, and case analyses.
