1. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions or Recurring Services: If you subscribe to recurring Services, you may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@themindpoint.org. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply. No partial refunds are provided for the current cycle.

Courses, Workshops, and Programs: Once you register for a Service, your enrollment is final. No cancellations are permitted except in extreme circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies with verifiable proof, such as medical bills or doctor’s certificates). Proof must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the issue arising, and approval is at The Mind Point’s sole discretion.

Therapy and Supervised Sessions: Appointments are fixed upon booking. No cancellations or rescheduling are permitted except in extreme emergencies (as described above). Missed sessions due to non-attendance, tardiness, or other reasons will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Process: To request a cancellation, contact us at contact@themindpoint.org with your name, order/subscription ID, and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 3 business days.
2. Refund Policy

General Refund Terms: Refunds are not permitted except in extreme circumstances, as outlined below. All registrations are final, and by enrolling, you confirm acceptance of all Service details (e.g., timings, faculty, content). Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Eligible Circumstances: Refunds may be considered only if:

The Service has not yet started, and a verifiable extreme circumstance (e.g., medical emergency with official documentation) is provided within 48 hours of the issue arising.

The Service is not delivered as described (e.g., significant technical issues attributable to The Mind Point). Approval is at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Cases: No refunds will be provided for:

Partial attendance (e.g., attending even one lecture or session).

Dissatisfaction with faculty, content, timings, or expectations.

Personal conflicts, work commitments, or travel issues.

Digital downloads, pre-recorded materials, or completed Services.

Certificates, diplomas, or Letters of Recommendation (LOR) fees.

Batch Transfers: Instead of a refund, a transfer to a future batch may be offered if the original batch has not started and extreme circumstances are verified (see Terms and Conditions, Section 4). Transfers are subject to availability, and no guarantees are made regarding future batches. If no suitable batch is available, no refund or credit will be provided.
3. Certificates and Document Remakes

Reissuing certificates, diplomas, or documents (e.g., due to loss, damage, or errors attributable to you) is not covered by Service fees. Requests incur a minimum fee of ₹500 per document, plus administrative or shipping costs, and are processed at The Mind Point’s discretion.

Letters of Recommendation (LOR) are subject to a minimum fee of ₹1,000, payable in advance, and are not refundable.
